TESTIMONIALS

Growing up with a learning disability, and having an IEP, was tough, always struggling to get through my classes and most of all my state exams. It was due to people like Brian Coe, ( My football coach and also one of my ESE Teachers) That I was able to continue my studies play sports and graduate High School. I entered college right out of High school and continued to struggle with courses to where I never got my B.A. Looking Back, I wish there was a program like what Brian Coe is putting together. I could have had more help in deciding a trade that I would have been good at and happy with. I believe this program/school would greatly help kids that struggle with school and are lost in what they want to do in life.

As a parent I truly hope this school is around for my children if they ever need it. It’s a great alternative for these young students that want to continue to learn but don’t have the ability.

Best Wishes,                                                 Matthew Childs

My daughter Yadiana Pagan graduated  From Santaluces Community High School and  Brian Coe (Coach Coe), was one of her ESE teachers. He is a great mentor for young Students who need that guidance and extra care and time that they need. We need more people like Coach Coe who likes  to focused on education and future of young students who are basically lost and confused about their future. All we need is hope and for that we have  people like Brian Coe that will take their time to do this difficult task effortlessly. I know that he will delivered this new program.

Thank You,

Yadira Pagan

I have known Brian Coe for close to 20 years. I have seen his passion for our youth's success throughout those years. He has mentored, educated, and coached my son; Thurlynne Benniefield who has a learning disability. Because of Brian's positive influence on Thurlynne, he was able to compete in sports and graduate from high school. After high school, Thurlynne went to college and shortly after stopped attending. He has been bouncing from job to job because he doesn’t have an interest. However, if there was a program/school available like C.O.E. Academy, Thurlynne could have had the opportunity to choose a career path that would be of interest right out of high school like a trade.

He is an honest, dedicated and an exceptional role model and leader for students. He navigates their development, both in terms of practical skills and in terms of character. He is fair, but also has high standards. He is the first to commend the boys for a job well done, and also the first to reprimand poor behavior by setting standards. Brian has been a valuable asset.

In summary, I highly value Brian Coe for his integrity, loyalty, and an upstanding citizen in the Palm Beach Community. Bringing a learning institution like C.O.E. Academy to Palm Beach County will help so many students with learning disabilities choose a productive path and feel confident about themselves being able to provide for themselves after high school.
